Our insulated garden rooms are constructed using Kingspan composite panels, a high-performance insulation core bonded between two structural facings, throughout the walls, floor and roof.
This delivers excellent thermal efficiency, keeping your room warm in winter and cool in summer without excessive heating costs.
The external cladding is finished in a stylish anthracite grey, designed to complement modern UK homes and gardens. Inside, a smooth plasterboard finish gives you a blank canvas to furnish and decorate exactly as you like.
Every room arrives with a full electrical fit-out (lights, sockets and consumer unit) so you can use it straight away. We handle the full installation from groundworks to handover.
What Are Ground Screw Foundations?
Ground screws are our recommended foundation system. They are screwed directly into the ground using specialist equipment, so there's no concrete, no mess, and no waiting for a cure time. They're fast, strong, and fully reversible. The perfect foundation for a garden room.
If you already have a suitable concrete slab or hard base, we can build directly onto that instead. Simply choose the 'without ground screws' price option.
